Trevor was very helpful in the home buying process, and this being my first home there was much help needed. Buying a house in today market is more stressful than fighting a battle but all that changed when our agent is Trevor who turned our nightmare into a beautiful dream . Trevor Richards , was my Agent in the sale of my rental property in Palmdale Ca. He was extremely helpful , savvy and wonderful to work with . Was always available to answer any question . Overall excellent attention to detail , even went out of his way to purchase and appliance that was required for home inspection.Especially, considering I was in a different state and was not able to travel there .
